Pricing: All rates are quoted in Euro, per room, per night and include services and taxes.
Deposit: In order to activate your reservation kindly let us have a deposit of 30% before the given release period is expired. Please notice that the above-mentioned amount is net to the hotel and any bank commission, expenses etc encumber the payer and not the receiver.
All cancellations must be received in written form. When a reservation is confirmed by Venezia Apartments and then subsequently cancelled then the following charges will be incurred:
- A:
21 days or more before arrival the deposit is refundable.
- B:
if costumer cancel his reservation during his stay, the customer is compelled to compensate with the 50% of value of rest of days of agreed period.
