RESERVATION POLICY

• Pricing: All rates are quoted in Euro, per room per night and include services and taxes.
• Deposit: In order to activate your reservation kindly let us have a deposit of 30% before the given release period is expired. Please notice that the above-mentioned amount (s) are net to the hotel and any bank commission, expenses encumber the payer and not the receiver.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be received in written form. When a reservation is confirmed by Venezia Apartments and then subsequently cancelled then the following charges will be incurred:

• A: 21 days or more before arrival the deposit is refundable.
• B: If the costumer cancel his reservation during his stay is compelled to compensate with the 50% of the rest days of the agreed period.
